Know what to look for
When confirmed, My Trip shows the approved driver display name, vehicle details and plate. Do not enter a vehicle if those details do not match.
Share by choice
Passenger and family links are scoped, expiring and revocable. Shared views do not include payment details or private support history.
Privacy-conscious protection
Risk controls use proportionate booking, payment and account signals. Language, ethnicity or international-traveler status are not fraud indicators.
Immediate danger
If anyone is in immediate danger in the United States, call 911 first. DidiBooking support does not replace emergency services. Then report the incident through your secure My Trip page when it is safe to do so.
Get trip help
Use the verified support channel in your confirmation or My Trip page. Driver, vehicle and plate mismatch reports are linked to the booking for priority review.
How reviews work
Automated rules may identify a booking that needs verification or human review. They do not independently declare a person fraudulent, decide serious allegations, issue refunds or terminate a provider. Authorized staff review the available evidence and record their decision.
